Licensure Information

A DVM degree by itself may not entitle an individual to legally practice veterinary medicine. An individual should check the requirements of the state he or she wishes to practice in to determine if the North American Veterinary Licensure Examination and/or a state exam is required for legally practicing veterinary medicine.
