About the Product Showcase

 

Join us for the first-ever MSU CVM Product Showcase — exhibit your innovative products, services, and technologies that elevate teaching, empower veterinary learning, enhance clinical excellence, and support veterinary research. Connect with the CVM community of veterinarians, veterinary students, technician students, clinical staff, and faculty researchers at Mississippi State University.

The CVM Product Showcase is a new annual event designed to bridge academia and industry. Through your participation in this event, you’ll get:

  • Direct access to future and current veterinary professionals
  • Brand visibility within a trusted veterinary medicine community
  • Opportunity to demo products, distribute samples, or gather feedback
  • Table/booth space in a high-traffic area
  • Inclusion in event signage, programs, webpage announcements, and social channels
  • Options for expanded sponsorship visibility

Registration Details for Vendors

Early Bird Registration is available at a reduced rate of $450 from January 8 – February 5, 2026. The cost for regular registration is $500 per table. Each registration includes a 6-ft table with 2 chairs, lunch for 2 representatives, and up to 2 parking spaces. Each table can accommodate up to 4 representatives with an additional $25 charge per person, or registrants may choose to purchase an additional table.

Interested in making more of a splash with our attendees? For an additional $1000, your company can sponsor a Faculty Lunch and get dedicated time to speak to a group of veterinary educators (one sponsorship available). Sponsoring the Student Lunch for an additional $1000 is also an option. Student Lunch Sponsors receive additional brand exposure through on-site signage and College announcements (two sponsorships available). Our sponsorships will be limited to three vendors.

Tentative Schedule for the Day (all times Central)

  • Vendor Check-In and Set-Up: 9:30am-11:00am
  • Lunch for Vendors: 11:00am-12:00pm
  • Showcase Open to Attendees: 12:00pm-3:00pm

The final schedule will be provided closer to the event date.

  • Parking & Load-In Instructions: Designated area for unloading/loading equipment and materials at the Visitor Entrance on the West Side of the Wise Center (marked with a yellow X on the map).   • Shipping Instructions: Materials may be shipped in advance, not sooner than 2 weeks prior to the event date. To ship materials, use the following information for your shipping label:
